目的：探讨神经纤维瘤病的临床特征、病理特点、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法：对1例神经纤维瘤病的临床特征、病理形态进行分析并复习相关文献。结果：组织病理检查示真皮下神经纤维排列紊乱，鳞状细胞基底层色素增生。免疫组化示CD34、NSE、S-100（＋）。结论：神经纤维瘤病是一种少见的良性的周围神经疾病，可结合组织病理及免疫组化染色结果与结节性硬化症、McCune-Abright综合征、Proteus综合征等鉴别。

목적：탐토신경섬유류병적림상특정、병리특점、진단급감별진단。방법：대1례신경섬유류병적림상특정、병리형태진행분석병복습상관문헌。결과：조직병리검사시진피하신경섬유배렬문란，린상세포기저층색소증생。면역조화시CD34、NSE、S-100（＋）。결론：신경섬유류병시일충소견적량성적주위신경질병，가결합조직병리급면역조화염색결과여결절성경화증、McCune-Abright종합정、Proteus종합정등감별。
Objective:To investigate the clinical features,pathological presentation and differential diagnosis of neurofibromatosis.Methods:The clinical pictures and pathological morphology were retrospectively examined in one cases of neurofibromatosis and the related literatures were reviewed .Results:Pathological presentation was associated with disordered arrangement of the nerve fibers and pigmentation at the basal layer of the squamous cell ,and im-munohistochemistry findings revealed CD34,NSE and S-100 ( +).Conclusion:Neurofibromatosis is a rare benign disease of the peripheral nerves,and differential diagnosis of it can include comparison of histopathological and immunohistochemical staining with tuberous sclerosis as well as McCune -Abright syndrome and Proteus syndrome.
