目的：探讨双切口入路治疗肩胛骨体部爆裂骨折的临床效果。方法：2011年8月～2013年6月收治肩胛骨体部爆裂骨折共12例，男9例，女3例；年龄35～52岁，平均（42±1．3）岁。全部患者均采用双切口入路复位重建锁定板内固定术。结果：术中出血100～210 ml，手术时间55～90 min。术后随访9～14个月，12例患者随访功能满意。结论：双切口入路治疗肩胛骨体部爆裂骨折可以获得较为满意的复位固定；配合术后康复功能锻炼，临床疗效满意。

목적：탐토쌍절구입로치료견갑골체부폭렬골절적림상효과。방법：2011년8월～2013년6월수치견갑골체부폭렬골절공12례，남9례，녀3례；년령35～52세，평균（42±1．3）세。전부환자균채용쌍절구입로복위중건쇄정판내고정술。결과：술중출혈100～210 ml，수술시간55～90 min。술후수방9～14개월，12례환자수방공능만의。결론：쌍절구입로치료견갑골체부폭렬골절가이획득교위만의적복위고정；배합술후강복공능단련，림상료효만의。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of double-incision approach to treatment of the bursting fractures of scapula body with locking plate fixation.Methods:Twelve patients with scapular body bursting fractures were admitted to our hospital between June 2004 and August 2011,among whom 9 were male and 3,female.The age ranged from 35 to 52 years,with a mean(42 ±1.3) years.The total patients underwent double-incision approach to treat-ment of the bursting fractures of scapula body with internal fixation using locking plate .Results:The operation lasted for 55 to 90 minutes,and the intraop-erative blood loss was from 100 to 210 ml.All patients were followed up for 9 to 14 months,and the results were satisfactory.Conclusion:Double-incision approach may lead to better reconstructed fixation for the bursting fractures of the scapula body ,and the results will be excellent if postoperative functional exercise rehabilitation is added.
