目的：探讨苁蓉冲剂对环磷酰胺所致小鼠白细胞减少症的作用效果。方法：小鼠腹腔连续7 d 注射环磷酰胺溶液（50 mg/ kg）制成白细胞减少症模型，并用苁蓉冲剂进行灌胃，检测外周血象和 T 淋巴细胞亚群。结果：苁蓉冲剂可使模型小鼠外周血白细胞数、淋巴细胞数和血小板数升高，可使血红蛋白含量升高，可调节 CD4＋/ CD8＋细胞比例。结论：苁蓉冲剂可改善环磷酰胺所致白细胞减少症外周血象，调节免疫失衡。
목적：탐토종용충제대배린선알소치소서백세포감소증적작용효과。방법：소서복강련속7 d 주사배린선알용액（50 mg/ kg）제성백세포감소증모형，병용종용충제진행관위，검측외주혈상화 T 림파세포아군。결과：종용충제가사모형소서외주혈백세포수、림파세포수화혈소판수승고，가사혈홍단백함량승고，가조절 CD4＋/ CD8＋세포비례。결론：종용충제가개선배린선알소치백세포감소증외주혈상，조절면역실형。
Objective:To assess the effect of Congrong granules on cyclophosphamide - induced leukopenia in mice mod-els. Methods:The leukopenia mice models were established by consecutively injecting cyclophosphamide solution(50 mg/ kg) for 7 days and gavaged with Congrong granules,with the peripheral hemogram and subgroup of T lymphatic cells detested. Re-sults:Congrong granules could increased peripheral blood leukocyte count,lymphocytes count,blood platelet count and hemoglo-bin content,with the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + cells modulated. Conclusion:Congrong granule can improve the peripheral hemogram of leukopenia induced by cyclophosphamide and regulate the immune imbalance.
