在数控加工中心机床上,对2 A l2铝合金进行单点渐进成形实验。将表面粗糙度作为衡量单点渐进成形时表面质量好坏的重要指标,通过改变加工步长、成形工具头半径、成形角3个工艺参数,采用正交试验法对板料单点渐进成形表面粗糙度进行分析研究。实验结果与分析表明:在单点渐进成形过程中,成形工艺参数对表面质量影响最大的是加工步长,影响最小的是成形角。
在數控加工中心機床上,對2 A l2鋁閤金進行單點漸進成形實驗。將錶麵粗糙度作為衡量單點漸進成形時錶麵質量好壞的重要指標,通過改變加工步長、成形工具頭半徑、成形角3箇工藝參數,採用正交試驗法對闆料單點漸進成形錶麵粗糙度進行分析研究。實驗結果與分析錶明:在單點漸進成形過程中,成形工藝參數對錶麵質量影響最大的是加工步長,影響最小的是成形角。

The single point incremental 2A12 aluminum alloy sheet forming experiments by the single point incremental forming machine were carried out .The surface roughness is the important indicator of single point incremental to measure the surface quality of forming parts .By changing the three factors of step size ,tool radius and forming angle ,sheet metal surface roughness in single point incremental forming was studied based on orthogonal de‐sign .The experimental results and analysis show that the greatest influence process parame‐ter on the surface quality in the process of single point incremental forming is the size step , the least is forming angle .
