作为一种官报，明代邸报的出版传播机制具有鲜明的时代特色和严密的组织程序。一方面，邸报须经由通政司、六科、提塘等机构出版传布，且对邸报的传布时间、传抄方式、讯息内容均有具体规定和严格控制。另一方面，明代邸报传播的社会舆情广涉政治、军事、经济、社会等诸多方面，表现出一定的真实性和时事性特征，是研究明代新闻出版史乃至明史的珍贵史料。但在专制时代，明代邸报的舆情传播也存在舆论控制严格、舆论影响有限、传播虚假新闻等不足。

작위일충관보，명대저보적출판전파궤제구유선명적시대특색화엄밀적조직정서。일방면，저보수경유통정사、륙과、제당등궤구출판전포，차대저보적전포시간、전초방식、신식내용균유구체규정화엄격공제。령일방면，명대저보전파적사회여정엄섭정치、군사、경제、사회등제다방면，표현출일정적진실성화시사성특정，시연구명대신문출판사내지명사적진귀사료。단재전제시대，명대저보적여정전파야존재여론공제엄격、여론영향유한、전파허가신문등불족。
As an official newspaper, the publication and dissemination of the Ming Dynasty Dibao had distinctive character and strict organizational procedures. On the one hand, the publication and dissemination of Dibao must pass through specialized agencies, such as the secretary, titang, etc. and the propagation time for Dibao, copy way, the message contents were specified and strictly con-trolled. On the other hand, Dibao social aspects involved in the spread of political, military, economic, social, etc. , showing some authenticity and topicality features, which was the precious historical materials on the study of the Ming Dynasty of Press and Publica-tion. But in the authoritarian era , Dibao had some deficiencies, in the dissemination of public opinion, such as strict control of public opinion, the limited influence of public opinion, spreading false news.
