以α‐烯烃磺酸钠为单体,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,次亚磷酸钠为链转移剂制备了聚α‐烯烃磺酸钠.使用红外光谱对聚合物进行结构表征.通过表面张力仪、接触角测量仪和水煤浆粘度计研究了产物的表面活性、润湿性能和分散性能.通过分水法考察了产物的乳化性能.结果表明,α‐烯烃磺酸钠完全聚合得到聚α‐烯烃磺酸钠,25℃下产物的CMC为5.9×10-2 mol ·L -1,表面张力为37.3 mN·m -1,在煤块表面的接触角为32.30°,表明其具有较高的表面活性和润湿性能,此外聚α‐烯烃磺酸钠还表现出良好的乳化性能和分散性能.

In this paper ,poly‐alpha olefin sulfonate was prepared with alpha olefin sulfonate as monomer ,benzoyl peroxide as initiator ,and sodium phosphite as chain transfer agent .The polymer structure was characterized by FT‐IR .The surface activity ,wettability and disper‐sion property were studied by surface tensiometer ,contact angle meter and coal water slurry viscosity meter .The emulsifying property is studied by water separating method .The results show that alpha olefin sulfonates were polymerized completely ,CMC of the product under 25℃ is 5 .9 × 10-2 mol · L -1 ,the surface tension is 37 .3 mN · m -1 ,its contact angle on the coal surface is 32 .30 ° .They all Show that it has higher surface activity and wettability .In addi‐tion ,the polymer exhibits excellent emulsifying property and dispersion property .
