以硝酸铈、硝酸锶、尿素为原料,采用燃烧法制备了Pr3+掺杂Sr2 CeO4:Eu3+新型发光材料,实验结果表明,当焙烧温度为1000℃,掺杂1% Pr3+时,制备的样品为单相Sr2 CeO4斜方晶系结构,晶粒尺寸为15.7nm,激发和发射光谱分别为293 nm和420~550nm的宽带峰,与Sr2 CeO4:Eu3+相比,掺杂Pr3+的样品的发光强度有了明显的提高,发光寿命明显增强。
以硝痠鈰、硝痠鍶、尿素為原料,採用燃燒法製備瞭Pr3+摻雜Sr2 CeO4:Eu3+新型髮光材料,實驗結果錶明,噹焙燒溫度為1000℃,摻雜1% Pr3+時,製備的樣品為單相Sr2 CeO4斜方晶繫結構,晶粒呎吋為15.7nm,激髮和髮射光譜分彆為293 nm和420~550nm的寬帶峰,與Sr2 CeO4:Eu3+相比,摻雜Pr3+的樣品的髮光彊度有瞭明顯的提高,髮光壽命明顯增彊。

Sr2 CeO4 :Eu3+ ,Pr3+ luminescent material was synthesized via a calcination method starting with cerous nitrate ,nitric acid strontium and urea .The results showed that the syn‐thetic sample was single phase Sr2 CeO4 orthorhombic structure ,with the grain size of 15 .7 nm ,stimulation and emission spectrums of 293 nm and 420~550 nm broadband peaks ,under the calcinations′ temperature of 1 000 ℃ ,doped with 1% Pr3+ .Compared with Sr2 CeO4 :Eu3+ ,the sample doped with Pr3+ showed significantly improve of luminous intensity and significantly increase in luminescence lifetime .
