为研究镧硫共掺杂 TiO2对酸性红染料废水的降解效果,以钛酸四丁酯为原料采用共沉淀?浸渍法制备了锐钛型La/S/TiO2催化剂,确定了催化剂在可见光照射下对酸性红溶液的降解工艺条件。实验结果表明:染料溶液初始质量浓度为20 mg·L-1,溶液 pH 值为6,La/S/TiO2的质量浓度为16 g·L-1,室温下可见光照射反应60 min,酸性红降解率可达到95%以上,且电子受体的加入可明显改善其光催化活性。
為研究鑭硫共摻雜 TiO2對痠性紅染料廢水的降解效果,以鈦痠四丁酯為原料採用共沉澱?浸漬法製備瞭銳鈦型La/S/TiO2催化劑,確定瞭催化劑在可見光照射下對痠性紅溶液的降解工藝條件。實驗結果錶明:染料溶液初始質量濃度為20 mg·L-1,溶液 pH 值為6,La/S/TiO2的質量濃度為16 g·L-1,室溫下可見光照射反應60 min,痠性紅降解率可達到95%以上,且電子受體的加入可明顯改善其光催化活性。
위연구란류공참잡 TiO2대산성홍염료폐수적강해효과,이태산사정지위원료채용공침정?침지법제비료예태형La/S/TiO2최화제,학정료최화제재가견광조사하대산성홍용액적강해공예조건。실험결과표명:염료용액초시질량농도위20 mg·L-1,용액 pH 치위6,La/S/TiO2적질량농도위16 g·L-1,실온하가견광조사반응60 min,산성홍강해솔가체도95%이상,차전자수체적가입가명현개선기광최화활성。
In order to study the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of acid red dye wastewater by nano ?TiO2 co?doped with La and S,the anatase La/S/TiO2 powders were prepared by the coprecipitation? impregnation method with tetrabutyl titanate as raw material and characterized with XRD,the process conditions of photocatalytic degradation of acid red under visible light were determined.The experimental results showed that the degradation rate of acid red could reach more than 95% under the optimum conditions as follows:the initial concentration of dye solution was 20 mg·L-1 ,the pH value was 6,catalyst dosage was 16 g · L-1 ,visible light irradiation time was 60 min,and the addition of electron acceptor could significantly improve the photocatalytic activities.
