采用Pro/E和ADAMS联合建模的方式,建立某变速器倒挡机构动力学模型,再现变速器倒挡脱挡现象。通过分析仿真结果,重点研究变速器倒挡各齿轮间接触力的变化情况,找出倒挡脱挡的原因,提出优化方案。根据优化方案,修改相关零件参数,重新建立倒挡机构动力学模型,通过动力学仿真解决变速器倒挡机构脱挡现象。

The dynamics model of a transmission reverse gear was established by using Pro/E and ADAMS,to appear the phenomenon of the transmission reverse gear shifting. Though analyzing the simulation results,the contact force’s changes between transmission reverse gears was revealed,the cause of the reverse gear off was found out and optimization scheme was put forward. Then based on the optimization scheme,the related parts were modified,and the new models were created. The problem of transmission reverse gear shifting was solved by dy-namics simulation.
