整车轻量化的设计需求目前在所有汽车行业的车型开发中占有非常重要的地位,且此需求贯穿了每个项目开发设计的整个过程。车架是整车轻量化设计的重要研究对象。基于整车轻量化设计需求,采用基于折衷规划的多目标拓扑优化设计方法,以某中型客车车架的柔度最小化为目标函数,以体积比和一阶模态频率作为约束条件,对弯扭联合工况下的车架进行结构拓扑优化设计。经计算获得满足约束条件并使车架柔度最小的车架拓扑形态,为该型客车车架提供了结构的概念化设计方法。

The requirement of vehicle lightweight design is urgent during the vehicle research and development area,and this requirement impenetrates the whole design and development process in every vehicle project. Frame is the main target during lightweight design research. Based on the requirement of vehicle lightweight,by adopting multi-objective topology method based on compromise programming,using mini-mized flexibility of the frame as the objective function,taking volume ratio and first-order modal frequency as the constraints,the topology opti-mization design for the frame structure of a medium-sized bus was made under the conditions of the combination of bending and torsion. After computing,the frame topology was achieved which satisfied the constraints and made the flexibility of frame minimal. It provides conceptual design method of structure for this type of bus frame.
