随着我国教育市场的发展,民办高校成为我国高等教育领域的重要组成部分。高层次人才尤其是科技领军人才是高校发展的核心资源,民办高校作为我国高校市场竞争中的弱势群体,其持续生存和发展更需要科技领军人才。本文着眼于民办高校持续发展,分析引进科技领军人才的必要性,在发现人才引进中存在问题的基础上,提出相关对策,以期为民办高校可持续发展提供动力支持。

With the rapid development of the education market in China, private institutions have become an important part of higher education. High level talents, especially leading technological ones are core resources for the development of higher education. Private colleges, as a vulnerable group in higher education, are more in need of top talents to maintain development. This paper, with focus on their sustainable development, analyzes the ne-cessity of bringing in talents, and puts forward related countermeasures based on problems existed in its process, in order to support the sustainable development of private higher education institutions.
