基于“岗位引领,学做合一”进行高职课程“新型纱线产品开发与工艺设计”改革探索,分别对课程的教学内容、教学实施和教学评价方法进行改革,运用翻转课堂教学模式和角色扮演课堂组织形式,同时开发应用配套的视频微课程及学案导学任务书实施教学。教学效果表明:此课改模式能有效激发学生学习兴趣,提高综合素质,培养学生主动学习和适应工作岗位需求的能力,取得了较好的教学效果。

기우“강위인령,학주합일”진행고직과정“신형사선산품개발여공예설계”개혁탐색,분별대과정적교학내용、교학실시화교학평개방법진행개혁,운용번전과당교학모식화각색분연과당조직형식,동시개발응용배투적시빈미과정급학안도학임무서실시교학。교학효과표명:차과개모식능유효격발학생학습흥취,제고종합소질,배양학생주동학습화괄응공작강위수구적능력,취득료교호적교학효과。
The paper illustrated the reformation of advanced professional course "Design and develop of new yarn product"which based on the idea "Job Leading, Learning by doing". The chief reformation included the teaching content, the teaching implementation and the teaching evaluation, made use of flipped classroom teaching mode and role playing classroom organization, meanwhile, developed and applied the matched micro video course and learning plan teaching task book. The teaching effect indicated: the reformation can motivating student’s interest effectively, improved the comprehensive quality, cultivated students' active learning and adaptability to work requirements, and achieved good teaching effect.
