分析了捣固车弦测法拨道测量原理及残留误差,在自主开发轨道几何参数自动引导计算机 AGC 时,引入轨道绝对位置偏移量数据接口,实现精确拨道作业。通过现场作业试验,将作业前精确测量的轨道偏移数据输入AGC,捣固车能够消除绝对位置误差,作业后线路绝对位置能够满足《高速铁路工程测量规范》要求。

The detection theory of lining measurement by string test method of tamping wagon and residual error are briefly introduced.When self-development track geometry parameters are guiding computer (AGC)automatically,interface of the absolute offset data of track is introduced to carry out precise lining operation.Through experiments,the precise measure-ments of track offset data should input to AGC.The tamping eliminated the absolute error.The absolute position of the line after work could meet the requirement in “Specification for High-speed Railway Engineering Survey”.
