结合我国重载铁路隧道基底病害特点,提出了一种隧道基底微型桩加固技术。同时,利用大型有限元软件 ANSYS 建立隧道基底微型桩加固分析模型,采用30 t 列车动压应力实测值模拟重载列车竖向动荷载,着重分析了30 t 重载列车通过隧道基底病害区段时微型桩的加固效果,结合某隧道现场测试与混凝土检测结果以及新旧混凝土结合面强度统计分析结果,提出了基底采用微型桩加固基底混凝土厚度要求,为今后采用该法进行基底加固提供借鉴。

On the basis of tunnel foundation base disease characteristics of China’s heavy-haul railway,this paper pro-posed a kind of mini pile reinforcement technology of tunnel foundation base.Meanwhile,the mini pile reinforcement analy-sis model of tunnel foundation base is established by the finite element software ANSYS and vertical dynamic load stress of heavy-haul train is simulated by adopting the dynamic compression stress of 30 tons value train.It also focused on the anal-ysis of the mini pile reinforcement effect when the 30 tons heavy-haul train gets through the tunnel foundation base disease section,proposed the concrete thickness requirements on reinforcement of foundation base on the basis of the on-site test and concrete detection results as well as statistical analysis results of new-old concrete faying surface strength of a tunnel, which provided references for base reinforcement in the future.
