目的:比较造影通液推注仪注射法与手工推注法在子宫输卵管造影中的应用优势。方法将126例行子宫输卵管造影的不孕症患者按不同造影剂推注方法进行分组,试验组42例,采用ZY-23-D造影通液推注仪推注造影剂。对照组84例,采用人工床旁推注造影剂。采用χ2检验比较2组间的差异。结果2种推注方式的造影结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),造影通液推注仪推注较传统人工床旁推注散布更均匀,2组显影质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用造影通液推注仪行子宫输卵管造影,显示输卵管图像质量佳,可提高子宫输卵管疾病诊断准确率。

Objective To compare the contrast through liquid infusion apparatus injection method and manual injection method in uterine oviduct radiography in application advantage. Methods One hundred of twenty-six cases of hysterosalpingography in infertility patients according to the contrast agent bolus method for different groups , test group 42 cases, using ZY-23-D contrast through liquid infusion apparatus bolus injection. A control group of 84 cases , using artificial bedside bolus of contrast agent. The difference between the two groups were compared with two kinds of test. Results Two the contrast injection method had no obvious difference , the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), contrast through liquid infusion apparatus infusion than traditional artificial bedside injection distribution was more uniform, the two group of developing quality difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of contrast through liquid infusion apparatus for hysterosalpingography fallopian tube , show good image quality, can improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis of uterus and fallopian tube.
