目的:探讨优质护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除( LC)手术患者中的应用效果。方法将2012年1至12月与2013年1至12月准备接受LC手术的5920例患者按照是否实施优质护理分为对照组与试验组,对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施优质护理,并对两组的相关护理效果指标进行比较分析。结果实施优质护理后,试验组患者对手术焦虑紧张程度、对健康宣教知识的知晓程度、对护理工作的满意度、护患纠纷发生数等与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务理念指导下制定的护理服务措施,能够明显改善LC手术患者对手术的焦虑紧张程度,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,增加患者对疾病健康教育知识的知晓程度,减少护患纠纷的发生。

목적:탐토우질호리재복강경담낭절제( LC)수술환자중적응용효과。방법장2012년1지12월여2013년1지12월준비접수LC수술적5920례환자안조시부실시우질호리분위대조조여시험조,대조조실시상규호리,시험조실시우질호리,병대량조적상관호리효과지표진행비교분석。결과실시우질호리후,시험조환자대수술초필긴장정도、대건강선교지식적지효정도、대호리공작적만의도、호환규분발생수등여대조조비교,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론우질호리복무이념지도하제정적호리복무조시,능구명현개선LC수술환자대수술적초필긴장정도,제고환자대호리공작적만의도,증가환자대질병건강교육지식적지효정도,감소호환규분적발생。
Objective To investigate the application of high quality nursing service mode to an LC operation. Methods Grouping 5920 patients going to receive LC operation from January to December 2012 and from January to December 2013 with and without high quality nursing service,into the experimental group and the control group,the control group with normal nursing serv-ice mode,the experimental group services in accordance with the high quality nursing service mode,and the relevant indexes of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Implementation of high quality nursing service mode,operation on the patients with anxiety degree,the awareness of health education knowledge,satisfaction to the nursing service,nurse patient dispute number com-pared with the control group,the difference has statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion The high quality nursing service under the concept of care measures,can reduce the patient’s anxiety to the LC operation,leverage the patient’s satisfaction to nurs-ing service,increase the patients’ health knowledge,reduce the occurrence of nurse patient disputes.
