以某型火炮身管烧蚀磨损情况为研究对象,分析了身管烧蚀磨损形成机理(主要包括热作用、机械磨损和化学反应),采取了更新炮钢材料,增加内膛涂层和采用缓蚀添加剂等控制措施。实验研究表明,这些措施有效地克服了该型火炮烧蚀磨损的难题。

As a certain type of artillery barrel erosion and abrasion for the study,the formation mechanism of the barrel erosion and abrasion from the action of heat is analyzed,including the effect of the heat,me-chanical wear,chemical action,and so on. By taking the measures of updating gun steel,increasing use of bore coating,erosion reducing additives and others,it can greatly enhance the ability of artillery barrel’ s ant-ablative. Experimental studies have shown that these measures effectively overcome the erosion abra-sion problems of this type of artillery.
