针对AGV不完整约束的运动特性,建立了AGV小车能耗模型及运动学模型,提出了基于能量优化策略的AGV轨迹跟踪控制方法,并通过仿真结果分析验证了AGV 小车轨迹跟踪控制方法的最优化。简述了AGVS的关键技术,研究上位机对各AGV小车的随机路径规划、动态调度、冲突消解以及实时故障处理等问题。

In view of kinetic characteristics of AGV incomplete constraints,the AGV trolley energy-loss model and dynamic model are built.AGV trajectory tracking control method based on energy optimization strategy is put forward,which is verified for its optimization through simulation result.Furthermore,the paper also briefs AGVS key technologies,with re-search on the upper computer to each AGV trolley regarding random route planning,dynamic scheduling,conflict resolu-tion,and real-time fault handling.
