随着我国经济建设的不断发展，城市建设对电能的不可中断及电压波动提出了更严格的要求，产业的进步和自动化的发展、人民生活水平的提高、家用电器的普及使得提高供电可靠性已成为当前电力部门的一项重要任务，即使是在配电线路设备上进行维修而中断供电也变得不允许，这就要求我们必须大力开展带电作业检修和维护工作，取代停电检修以提高供电可靠性。
隨著我國經濟建設的不斷髮展，城市建設對電能的不可中斷及電壓波動提齣瞭更嚴格的要求，產業的進步和自動化的髮展、人民生活水平的提高、傢用電器的普及使得提高供電可靠性已成為噹前電力部門的一項重要任務，即使是在配電線路設備上進行維脩而中斷供電也變得不允許，這就要求我們必鬚大力開展帶電作業檢脩和維護工作，取代停電檢脩以提高供電可靠性。
