This paper is mainly engaged in the improvement of installation quality and operation reliability of flexible busbar in substation. Length cal-culation method,practical measurement approach,and crimping process of the flexible busbar are involved in the research. The optimization installation method of flexible busbar in substation is explored,and the results are presented as a reference to the practical application.
