新教师的入职阶段是他们教师生涯中一个重要时期,会直接影响着他们未来的教育教学工作和专业发展。对华南师范大学2008、2009级小学教育专业本科毕业生以及55名其他专业毕业的小学新教师进行了入职适应性问卷调查,并对其中小学教育专业4名毕业生进行深度访谈。研究发现:1.这两届本科毕业生总体入职适应性呈现良好,但在心理适应方面对公开课等的压力较大;2.这两届本科毕业生的入职适应性存在城乡差异,大学期间的社会实践对毕业生的入职适应状况有显著影响;3.这两届本科毕业生更加看重教学技能的锻炼而非教学研究,如何进行课堂管理是他们遇到的一大难题。针对研究结果,对小学教育专业培养院校和新教师提出一些关于增加基层学校见习和课堂教学实践的机会,加强教学理论与实践联系以及促进新教师主动、进取、用心等学习与工作态度的对策与建议。

The entry phase of the new teachers is an important period of their teaching career,it will directly affect their teaching and professional develop-ment. The questionnaire survey has been conducted on the grade 2008 and 2009 undergraduates majored in primary education of South China Normal University and 55 other professional graduates,and in-depth interviews has been conducted on 4 undergraduates majored in primary education. The statistical result shows that the two grades of undergraduates showed good adaptability overall but showed a greater pressure on public courses in terms of psychological adjustment,there are significant differences in the teachers' Occupational adaptability of urban and rural areas,social practice during the university has a significant effect on the adaptation. The two grades of undergraduates put more weight on teaching skills rather than reserching,and how to manage the class is a major problem they en-counter now. So some recommendations and strategies have been proposed for universities training Primary Education and new teachers. For example,increasing the chance of noviciate in elementary schools and teaching practices.Moreover, strengthening the link of theory and practice in teaching,and promoting new teachers' initiative,enterprising,serious working attitude.
