由于生产配套和出口关税等原因，很多出口企业不进行整机生产，只生产电机定子给国外配套。根据电机等值电路原理，针对电机拆散件中的定子铁芯进行检测，设计了定子的安装结构，提出了测试控制系统的硬件构成，依据电机标准对定子进行出厂检测，结合具体型号电机的合格区设置，对电机拆散件中的定子铁芯进行质量把关，从试验数据分析可以看出，测试方案是可行有效的。

Because of produce match and export tax,a lot of motor factories produce stator only.In accordance to the principle of equivalent circuit of asynchronous motor,the current and power of no-load and blockup were analyzed.Aim at the stator in the motor factory which produce the stator on-ly,the frock was designed to test the stator in the paper.The hardware structure of the testing con-trol system was put forward.Matched a rotor,the stator was tested in electromotor standard.Com-pared to the checkout extent of the motor type,we checked on the quality of motor breakup stator. From the testing data,we can see,the testing pro-ject was effective.
