Mental health is an important aspect of college students’ growth, and therefore, education in mental health is highly recommended as part of the efforts in enhancing college students’ overall personal development. A curriculum integrated with life science can help students in cultivating patriotism, positive thinking, cooperation and team work, perseverance, and abilities to deal with difficult situations.
