当前大规模储能电池管理系统内部通信总线普遍采用CAN总线,使用FlexRay总线作为其内部总线替代传统的CAN总线,能较好地满足大规模电池储能系统( BESS)内部通信的要求。分析CAN总线用于大规模储能电池管理系统存在的不足以及FlexRay总线的优势。在BESS通信架构的基础上,介绍储能电池管理系统的通信架构,讨论FlexRay总线在大规模储能电池管理系统中的应用及主要方案。运用Network Designer与CANoe. FlexRay仿真验证FlexRay通信系统在大规模储能电池管理系统中应用的可行性,结果表明,与CAN总线相比,FlexRay总线用于储能电池管理系统中可以取得更好的效果。

CAN bus is normally used as internal bus in the large-scale Battery Energy Storage System ( BESS ) at present. FlexRay used as internal bus replacing CAN bus can well meet the requirements of internal communications in the large-scale battery energy storage system. The shortage of CAN bus which is used in the large-scale battery energy storage system and the superiority of FlexRay bus are analysed. Based on the simple introduction of the communication architecture of battery energy storage system, the communication architecture of energy storage battery management system is introduced by focus, and the feasibility of the application and major scheme of the FlexRay communication protocol in large-scale energy storage battery management system are discussed. Network Designer and CANoe. FlexRay are used to simulate the feasibility of FlexRay communication system used in the large-scale battery energy storage system. Simulation results prove that FlexRay bus used in energy storage battery management system can achieve good effects compared with CAN bus.
