Yunnan white drug -powder%icing normal saline%Pantoprazole%Cushing's ulcer
目的：观察云南白药加冰生理盐水联合泮托拉唑治疗 Cushing 溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选择2010年7月～2013年7月本院 Cushing 溃疡116例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组58例静脉滴注泮托拉唑80mg，每日2次，并口服（或鼻饲）云南白药0.5g 加冰生理盐水50ml，每日4次。对照组58例静脉滴注泮托拉唑80mg，每日2次。结果：治疗组总有效率为89.65％，对照组为65.52％，差异有统计学意义（p ＜0.05）。结论：云南白药加冰生理盐水联合泮托拉唑治疗 Cushing 溃疡的疗效显著，不良反应少，值得推广。

목적：관찰운남백약가빙생리염수연합반탁랍서치료 Cushing 궤양적림상료효。방법：선택2010년7월～2013년7월본원 Cushing 궤양116례，수궤분위치료조화대조조。치료조58례정맥적주반탁랍서80mg，매일2차，병구복（혹비사）운남백약0.5g 가빙생리염수50ml，매일4차。대조조58례정맥적주반탁랍서80mg，매일2차。결과：치료조총유효솔위89.65％，대조조위65.52％，차이유통계학의의（p ＜0.05）。결론：운남백약가빙생리염수연합반탁랍서치료 Cushing 궤양적료효현저，불량반응소，치득추엄。
OBJECTS:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yun nan whitedrug -powder in icing normal saline combined with pantoprazole for the treat-ment of Cushing's ulcer.METHODS:A total of 116 patients were analysed between July -2010 and July -2013,58 cases in the group of Yun nan white drug-powder in icing normal saline combined with pantoprazole,and 58 in the group of pantoprazole alone.RESULTS:The total effective percentage of treatment group is 89.65% and 65.52% in the control group(P <0.05).CONCLUSION:The curative effect of Yunnan white drug -powder in icing normal saline com-bined with pantoprazole for Cushing's ulcer is significant,and is worth promoting.
