目的：探讨品管圈活动对降低 PICC 导管脱出率的作用。方法：通过开展品管圈活动，分析导致 PICC 导管脱出的因素并采取相应的措施，进行持续改进。结果：QC 小组干预后，PICC 导管脱出率9／80（11.3％）较前37／126（29.4％）明显降低（P ＜0.05）。结论：通过 QC 小组活动对PICC 维护流程的各环节进行分析，实施改进措施，能有效降低导管脱出率，进一步降低患者带管风险。

목적：탐토품관권활동대강저 PICC 도관탈출솔적작용。방법：통과개전품관권활동，분석도치 PICC 도관탈출적인소병채취상응적조시，진행지속개진。결과：QC 소조간예후，PICC 도관탈출솔9／80（11.3％）교전37／126（29.4％）명현강저（P ＜0.05）。결론：통과 QC 소조활동대PICC 유호류정적각배절진행분석，실시개진조시，능유효강저도관탈출솔，진일보강저환자대관풍험。
Objective:To explore quality management circle activity effect on reducing the rate of PICC catheter emerge.Methods:Through carry out qual-ity management circle activity,analyze the factors lead to PICC catheter emerge and take corresponding measures,to continuous improvement.Results:QC group after the intervention,PICC catheter emergence rate of 9 /80 (11.3%)compared with the previous 37 /126 (29.4%)significantly decreased (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:By QC group activity each link of the process for usm maintenance were analyzed,and the implementation of improvement measures,can effectively decrease the rate of catheter prolapse,further reduce the risk of patients with tube.
