目的：探讨影响鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者治疗依从性的因素，为提高其依从性提供合理护理对策。方法：对100例鼻咽癌患者的各项治疗依从性状况进行调查，并对可能影响患者治疗依从性的相关因素进行分析。结果：鼻咽癌患者的治疗依从性与年龄、文化程度、经济状况、对疾病的认知、治疗的毒副反应、社会支持水平等密切相关。结论：影响患者治疗依从性的因素是多方面的，通过提高患者的社会支持力度以及个性化的护理指导来提高各项治疗依从性，从而进一步提高治疗效果及生存质量。

Objective:To explore the factors affecting chemoradiation treatment adherence for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC),in order to improve its adherence to provide reasonable nursing countermeasures.Methods:100 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC)in all kinds of treatment adherence situation investigation,and that is likely to affect the treatment adherence in patients with related factors are analyzed.Results:The treat-ment compliance of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,age,culture level,economic status,the cognition to the disease,treatment of adverse reaction,is closely related to the level of social support,etc.Conclusion:Factors influencing the treatment adherence for patients are various,by improving the patients'so-cial support and personalized nursing instruction to improve the treatment compliance,to further improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life.
