介绍了线材水冷在线控制的功能,分析了线材水冷却过程中硬件和软件的要求及实现方案,给出了穿水冷却工艺控制系统的结构示意图,并通过构建基于PLC S7-300的自动控制系统实现了模糊PID控制策略,仿真结果表明:采用模糊PID控制减小了超调,有较好的抗干扰能力;利用PLC具体化方案能方便地实现控制策略,优化水冷过程。

Introduction was made to the online control functions of wire rod water-cooling. This paper analyzed the requirements of the hardware and software in the process of wire rod water-cooling and its implementing scheme and gave the system structure schematic of the pulling-on water-cooling technique control. Via constructing the automatic control system based on PLC S7-300, the system realized fuzzy PID control scheme. The simulation results show that adopting fuzzy PID control reduces overshoot with better anti-interference capacity. The concrete scheme of programmable logical controller is used to realize the control strategy to optimize the process of water-cooling.
