目的：探讨医院药事管理方法，总结药事管理工作经验，提高医院药事管理的工作水平。方法：回顾我院开展药事管理工作的具体措施，并结合相关文献总结工作经验。结果：我院药事管理组织体系及规章制度逐步完善，提高了医院药事管理工作的水平。结论：医院药事管理面对新的形势，加强其管理水平才能迎接时代挑战。
目的：探討醫院藥事管理方法，總結藥事管理工作經驗，提高醫院藥事管理的工作水平。方法：迴顧我院開展藥事管理工作的具體措施，併結閤相關文獻總結工作經驗。結果：我院藥事管理組織體繫及規章製度逐步完善，提高瞭醫院藥事管理工作的水平。結論：醫院藥事管理麵對新的形勢，加彊其管理水平纔能迎接時代挑戰。
목적：탐토의원약사관리방법，총결약사관리공작경험，제고의원약사관리적공작수평。방법：회고아원개전약사관리공작적구체조시，병결합상관문헌총결공작경험。결과：아원약사관리조직체계급규장제도축보완선，제고료의원약사관리공작적수평。결론：의원약사관리면대신적형세，가강기관리수평재능영접시대도전。
Objective:To explore the management method of hospital pharmacy pharmacy management, sum up experience, improve the level of hospital pharmacy management. Methods:The specific measures to carry out the work of pharmacy management in our hospital, and unifies the related literature summary of experience in our hospital pharmacy management. Results:In our hospital pharmacy management system and regulations and gradually perfect the system, improve the management level of hospital pharmacy. Conclusion:The hospital pharmacy management in the face of the new situation, to strengthen the hospital pharmacy management level to meet the challenges of the times.
