目的：观察不同剂量糖皮质激素治疗眼带状疱疹的临床效果及安全性。方法：眼带状疱疹患者60例，随机分为两组，各30例，观察组采用强的松60mg qd，疗程7d。对照组采用强的松30mg qd，疗程7d。观察两组的水肿消退时间，疼痛减轻时间，3月后后遗症发生率及激素副作用。结果：两组患者水肿消退时间，疼痛减轻时间存在统计学差异。3月后后遗症发生率与激素副作用均无统计学差异。结论：较大剂量糖皮质激素在消除眼带状疱疹水肿及减轻疼痛方面优于小剂量糖皮质激素，未发现明显毒副作用，对后遗症的发生无明显影响。
목적：관찰불동제량당피질격소치료안대상포진적림상효과급안전성。방법：안대상포진환자60례，수궤분위량조，각30례，관찰조채용강적송60mg qd，료정7d。대조조채용강적송30mg qd，료정7d。관찰량조적수종소퇴시간，동통감경시간，3월후후유증발생솔급격소부작용。결과：량조환자수종소퇴시간，동통감경시간존재통계학차이。3월후후유증발생솔여격소부작용균무통계학차이。결론：교대제량당피질격소재소제안대상포진수종급감경동통방면우우소제량당피질격소，미발현명현독부작용，대후유증적발생무명현영향。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety analysis of ocular herpes zoster in the treatment of different doses of corticosteroids. Methods:60 patients with ocular herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups,each 30 cases. The curing group was given prednisone 60mg qd. The course of treatment was 7 days. The control group was given prednisone 30mg qd. The course of treatment was 7 days . Two groups fade time of edema and relief time of pain,the incidence of sequelae and hormonal effects were observed after three months treatment. Results: The edema regression time, and pain relief time of two groups were statistical differences. The sequela incidence and side effects of two groups were no statistical differenceafter three months treatment.Conclusion:The fade time of edema and relief time of pain of larger doses corticosteroids is better than that of small dose in the course of ocular herpes zoster treatment. There wre no obvious side effects found and no significant on the occurrence of sequelae.
