目的：研究石见穿多糖浸膏提取方法。方法：以煎煮次数、加水量和加热时间为考察因素，根据因素水平表，以干膏得率为评价指标，利用正交分析，优化提取工艺。结果：最佳工艺为采用12倍水量，每次提取3h，共提取3次。结论：该方法简单可行，符合研究要求。
목적：연구석견천다당침고제취방법。방법：이전자차수、가수량화가열시간위고찰인소，근거인소수평표，이간고득솔위평개지표，이용정교분석，우화제취공예。결과：최가공예위채용12배수량，매차제취3h，공제취3차。결론：해방법간단가행，부합연구요구。
Objective: To research the best extract technique of the Salvia chinensis Benth. polysaccharide. Method: To research Extracting method by Orthogonal Experimental Design. Results:The best extracting conditions were to add 12 times amount of water and to boil for 180 min and total to extract 3 times.Conclusion:The established extraction assay is reliable which is satisfy the need for the solution purification.
