目的:建立GC法测定消曚眼膏中冰片掺假物—樟脑的含量。方法:采用DB-WAX色谱柱(柱长30m,内径0.53mm,膜厚度1μm),载气为氮气,分流比为10∶1,柱温为140℃,进样口温度为180℃,检测器温度为200℃。结果:樟脑在0.00499~0.998μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),回收率为99.09%(n=9),RSD为1.62%。结论:本法灵敏、准确,可作为该产品的质量控制指标。

목적:건립GC법측정소몽안고중빙편참가물—장뇌적함량。방법:채용DB-WAX색보주(주장30m,내경0.53mm,막후도1μm),재기위담기,분류비위10∶1,주온위140℃,진양구온도위180℃,검측기온도위200℃。결과:장뇌재0.00499~0.998μg범위내선성관계량호(r=0.9997),회수솔위99.09%(n=9),RSD위1.62%。결론:본법령민、준학,가작위해산품적질량공제지표。
Objective: To establish GC method for determination of camphor in Xiaomeng eye ointment. Methods:The DB-WAX chromatographic column (30m ×0.53mm ×1μm)was adopted with nitrogen as the carrier gas and the split ratio of 10:1.The column temperature was 140℃,the injection port temperature was 180℃ and the detector temperature was 200℃. Results:The linear range of camphor was in the range of 0.00499~0.998μg(r=0.9997),and the average recovery(n=9)was 99.09%and RSD was 1.62%.Conclusion:This method is convenient, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Xiaomeng eye ointment.
