近年来，随着交通及工程作业等因素导致的四肢骨折患者急剧增加，如何有效治疗四肢骨折成为临床医学的重点研究课题。本文将介绍锁定钢板的发展、治疗骨折的基本原理及锁定钢板手术技术，以为临床提供新思路。

In recent years, with the increasing of limbs fracture patients who were caused by traffic accidence and engineer operation or other factors, how to effectively cure limbs fractures has become an emphasizing research topic in clinical medicine. In this paper, the development of locking plate, the fundamental of fracture treatment and the technology of locking plate operation would be introduced to provide some new ideas for clinical practice.
