Objective:To study the clinical salvage and treatment of severe and compound thoracic trauma. Methods:Patients were divided into three groups, control group A firstly treated with oxygen and controlled the amount of oxygen, based on the condition rescued and reasonably applied venti-lator;control group B observed the condition after reception, started first-aid after judging the breathing state;based on control group observation group added reception processing;the curative effect and survival score of three groups were compared. Results:The cure rate and mortality of obser-vation group were significantly better than those of control group A and B (P<0.05);Fugl-Meyer and Barthel scores of survived patients of observa-tion group were significantly higher than those of control group A and B (P<0.05). Conclusion:Clinical treatment of severe and compound thoracic trauma should be in time and accurate, with first-aid under the premise of ensuring patients breathe normally.
