目的：观察益气化痰中药配合低频电刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。方法：23例卒中后吞咽障碍患者均给予益气化痰中药内服配合咽颈部低频电刺激治疗，3周后结合洼田吞咽能力评定法进行疗效评定。结果：治愈3例，显效10例，好转7例，无效3例，总有效率为86.96%。结论：益气化痰中药配合低频电刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍疗效显著。
目的：觀察益氣化痰中藥配閤低頻電刺激治療卒中後吞嚥障礙的療效。方法：23例卒中後吞嚥障礙患者均給予益氣化痰中藥內服配閤嚥頸部低頻電刺激治療，3週後結閤窪田吞嚥能力評定法進行療效評定。結果：治愈3例，顯效10例，好轉7例，無效3例，總有效率為86.96%。結論：益氣化痰中藥配閤低頻電刺激治療卒中後吞嚥障礙療效顯著。
목적：관찰익기화담중약배합저빈전자격치료졸중후탄인장애적료효。방법：23례졸중후탄인장애환자균급여익기화담중약내복배합인경부저빈전자격치료，3주후결합와전탄인능력평정법진행료효평정。결과：치유3례，현효10례，호전7례，무효3례，총유효솔위86.96%。결론：익기화담중약배합저빈전자격치료졸중후탄인장애료효현저。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of tonify qi and resolve phlegm herbs combined with low frequency electrical stimulation for dysphagia after stroke. Methods:23 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke were all treated by orally taking tonify qi and resolve phlegm herbs combined with low frequency electrical stimulation, and evaluated the efficacy with Kuboda swallowing ability evaluation after 3 weeks. Results:3 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective,7 cases improved, 3 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 86.96%. Conclusion:The treatment of tonify qi and resolve phlegm herbs combined with low frequency electrical stimulation has significant curative effect on dysphagia after stroke.
