研究了谷维素含量、指示剂种类、游离脂肪酸含量、油脂色泽对稻米油滴定酸值的影响规律。结果表明，当以酚酞为指示剂时，随着谷维素含量的增加，新鲜精炼稻米油和一级精炼大豆油的滴定酸值升高；但是当采用溴百里酚蓝为指示剂时，谷维素含量对两种油脂的滴定酸值无明显影响。游离脂肪酸含量以及油脂色泽对滴定酸值无显著影响。
研究瞭穀維素含量、指示劑種類、遊離脂肪痠含量、油脂色澤對稻米油滴定痠值的影響規律。結果錶明，噹以酚酞為指示劑時，隨著穀維素含量的增加，新鮮精煉稻米油和一級精煉大豆油的滴定痠值升高；但是噹採用溴百裏酚藍為指示劑時，穀維素含量對兩種油脂的滴定痠值無明顯影響。遊離脂肪痠含量以及油脂色澤對滴定痠值無顯著影響。
연구료곡유소함량、지시제충류、유리지방산함량、유지색택대도미유적정산치적영향규률。결과표명，당이분태위지시제시，수착곡유소함량적증가，신선정련도미유화일급정련대두유적적정산치승고；단시당채용추백리분람위지시제시，곡유소함량대량충유지적적정산치무명현영향。유리지방산함량이급유지색택대적정산치무현저영향。
The effects of oryzanol content, variety of indicator, content of free fatty acids and color of oil on the acid value of rice bran oil determined by titration method were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of oryzanol content, the acid values of fresh refined rice bran oil and first grade re-fined soybean oil increased when phenolphthalein was used as an indicator; oryzanol content had no re-markable effect on the acid values of the two kinds of oils when bromothymol blue was used as an indica-tor. The content of free fatty acids and color of oil had no significant influence on the acid value.
