目的：探讨120例乙型肝炎疫苗免疫无应答再次接种后免疫效果。方法选取我院2013年2月至2014年2月收治的120例乙型肝炎疫苗接种后无应答患者，对本组患者注入3针乙型肝炎疫苗，每针20μg。90 d后，对本组患者采血分离血清，抗-HBs用固相放射免疫法（RLA）进行测定。结果本组患者进行再次免疫后，104例（86.7%）抗-HBs转为阳性。不同年龄段的抗-HBs滴度和抗-HBs阳转率分布不均，其中35～45岁、25～34岁年龄段抗-HBs阳转率达到90%以上，而各年龄间抗-HBs阳转率差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.423，P＞0.05）。结论对于乙型肝炎疫苗免疫无应答患者再次接种后效果较佳，保护性抗体较高，但随着时间的延长，抗-HBs 水平会逐步下降，对于复种者可以进行相应的抗-HBs滴度检测。
목적：탐토120례을형간염역묘면역무응답재차접충후면역효과。방법선취아원2013년2월지2014년2월수치적120례을형간염역묘접충후무응답환자，대본조환자주입3침을형간염역묘，매침20μg。90 d후，대본조환자채혈분리혈청，항-HBs용고상방사면역법（RLA）진행측정。결과본조환자진행재차면역후，104례（86.7%）항-HBs전위양성。불동년령단적항-HBs적도화항-HBs양전솔분포불균，기중35～45세、25～34세년령단항-HBs양전솔체도90%이상，이각년령간항-HBs양전솔차이무통계학의의（χ2=0.423，P＞0.05）。결론대우을형간염역묘면역무응답환자재차접충후효과교가，보호성항체교고，단수착시간적연장，항-HBs 수평회축보하강，대우복충자가이진행상응적항-HBs적도검측。
Objective Analysis of 120 cases of immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine immunization with no response after the second vaccine.Methods Selected in February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital treated 120 cases of hepatitis B vaccine after no response in patients of this group of patients,the injection needle 3 hepatitis B vaccine,each pin 20 μg. After 90 d,the separation of blood serum in this group of patients,a solid phase radioim-munoassay for anti -HBs (RLA) were measured.Results This group of patients was again after immunization,104 cases (86.7%) were positive for anti-HBs.Different ages of the titer of anti-HBs and anti-HB positive rate of uneven distribution,of which 35~45 years of age,25 to 34 years of age with anti-HBs seroconversion rate reaches above 90%,and the age of anti-HBs seroconversion rate showed no statistical significance(χ2=0.423,P>0.05). Conclusion The hepatitis B vaccine non responder patients again after inoculation effect is good,protective antibody is higher,but with the extension of time,the anti-HBs level wil gradual y decline,for multiple cropping can undertake corresponding anti-HBs titer.
