主动配电网作为配电网发展的高级阶段和智能配电网建设的重要环节，采用主动策略能够高效消纳大规模间歇式能源，与大电网形成互补，是实现我国电源结构调整和电力企业可持续发展的关键。探讨主动配电网技术的内涵，在与被动配电网对比分析的基础上，构建了主动配电网整体架构，从运行控制、市场运营和规划设计3个方面分析主动配电网的关键技术，提出了建设主动配电网的发展策略，为我国主动配电网技术的发展和推广提供了参考。

As an advanced stage of power grid development and important element of intelligent power distribution network construction,active power distribution network uses active strategy to high effectively consume large-scale intermittent ener-gy and form complementary relationship with large power grid which is the key to realize power source structure adjustment and sustained development of electric power enterprises in our country.This paper discusses technology about active power distribution network and construction of entire structure of active power distribution network on the basis of comparing with reactive power distribution network.In aspects of running control,market operation and planning and design,key technolo-gy of the active power distribution network was analyzed and development strategy was proposed which was applicable to provide important reference for development and popularization of the active power distribution network in our country.
