在阐述资源型城市发展空港物流园区的必要性的基础上，以大庆市为例，分析了大庆空港物流园区发展的优势和劣势，对其空间布局进行了规划，并提出了相应的发展策略，包括大庆市政府应加强组织领导，科学合理规划空港物流园区的空间布局，通过做大机场平台、丰富机场航线、制定优惠政策、利用物联网络等措施推动空港物流园区的建设与发展，为优化产业结构、活跃对外经济、推动现代化、国际化城市建设奠定坚实的基础。

In this paper, on the basis of an introduction of the necessity of the development of the airport logistics parks in resource-rich cities, then in the case of Daqing, analyzed the city's strength and weakness in developing airport logistics parks, then planned the spatial layout of the city and at the end proposed the corresponding development strategy.
