目的:建立植物油和动物组织中55种农药残留的快速检测方法。方法样品用经改进的QuEChERS方法提取净化,提取液采用在线凝胶渗透色谱-串联气质联用法(gel permeation chromatography coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GPC-GC-MS)检测。结果在0.01~0.20 mg/L范围内各农药组分具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均在0.992以上,方法的加标回收率为60%~130%,55种农药测定低限范围为0.005~0.030 mg/kg。结论该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适合于植物油和动物组织中55种农药残留的测定。

목적:건립식물유화동물조직중55충농약잔류적쾌속검측방법。방법양품용경개진적QuEChERS방법제취정화,제취액채용재선응효삼투색보-천련기질련용법(gel permeation chromatography coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GPC-GC-MS)검측。결과재0.01~0.20 mg/L범위내각농약조분구유량호적선성관계,상관계수균재0.992이상,방법적가표회수솔위60%~130%,55충농약측정저한범위위0.005~0.030 mg/kg。결론해방법조작간편、쾌속、령민、준학,괄합우식물유화동물조직중55충농약잔류적측정。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 55 pesticide residues in vegetable oil and animal tissues. Methods The samples were extracted and purified by a modified QuEChERS method, and then the supernatant was analyzed by on-line gel permeation chromatography coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GPC-GC-MS) system.Results The calibration curves of 55 pesticide residues were linear in the range of 0.01~0.20 mg/L with good correlation coefficients more than 0.992, The recoveries of the method ranged from 60% to 130%, The limits of quantification were 0.005~0.03 mg/kg.ConclusionThe method is simple, rapid and reliable and can meet the requirement the simultaneous determination and analysis of 55 pesticide residues in vegetable oil and animal tissues.
