介绍14.9-2610PR R-2农业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1370 mm,断面宽360 mm,行驶面宽349 mm,胎圈着合直径664 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.522,花纹深度73 mm,花块饱和度21%,花纹周节数17。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体和缓冲层分别采用4层高强度2200dtex/2V1聚酯帘布和2层2200dtex/2聚酯帘布,钢丝圈采用直径1.0 mm回火钢丝;轮胎成型采用直径860 mm的折叠式成型机头,硫化采用立式硫化罐。成品轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能达到国家标准要求。

The design of 14.9-26 10PR R-2 agricultural tire was introduced in this paper. In the structure design, the overall outer diameter was 1370 mm, the width of cross section was 360 mm, the width of running surface was 349 mm, the bead diameter at rim seat was 664 mm, the maximum width position of cross section (H1/H2) was 0.522 , the tread depth was 73 mm, the block to total ratio was 21%, and the number of pattern pitches was 17. In the construction design, two formula and three piece tread was extruded, 4 layers of 2200dtex/2V1 high tenacity nylon cord and 2 layers of 2200dtex/2 nylon cord were used in the breaker ply and carcass ply, respectively, andΦ1.0 mm tempered steel wire was used in the bead. The tires were built on aΦ860 mm building machine and cured by using a vertical autoclave. The inlfated peripheral dimension and physical properties of the ifnished tires met the requirements in national standards.
