基于已有的带冷凝热回收的直流变频恒温恒湿空调机组,提出了一种串级控制的热湿分控方法。为了验证该控制方法的可行性,对机组出风温湿度控制效果和被控房间的温湿度控制效果进行了测试。实验结果表明,采用该控制方法的恒温恒湿机组能满足实验工况下的热湿控制要求,送风温度控制精度为±0.2℃,送风含湿量控制精度为±0.2 g/kg,被控房间的干球温度控制精度为±0.04℃,被控房间的露点温度控制精度为±0.02℃。
基于已有的帶冷凝熱迴收的直流變頻恆溫恆濕空調機組,提齣瞭一種串級控製的熱濕分控方法。為瞭驗證該控製方法的可行性,對機組齣風溫濕度控製效果和被控房間的溫濕度控製效果進行瞭測試。實驗結果錶明,採用該控製方法的恆溫恆濕機組能滿足實驗工況下的熱濕控製要求,送風溫度控製精度為±0.2℃,送風含濕量控製精度為±0.2 g/kg,被控房間的榦毬溫度控製精度為±0.04℃,被控房間的露點溫度控製精度為±0.02℃。

Proposes a cascade control method with the temperature and humidity controlled separately based on the existing DC inverter constant temperature and humidity air conditioning unit with condensing heat recovery.To verify the feasibility,tests the control effect of the temperature and humidity of the unit outlet air and the controlled room.The results show that the air conditioning unit with the cascade control method can meet the requirements of test conditions well.The temperature control accuracy of processed air is ±0.2 ℃ with the moisture content being ±0.2 g/kg,and the indoor temperature control accuracy is ±0.04 ℃ with the dewing temperature being ±0.02 g/kg.
