In this paper, on the basis of a general review of the findings of Chinese and foreign scholars and in view of the characteristics of the third party logistics enterprises, we built the evaluation index system of the core competitivity of the third party logistics enterprises and then proposed to use the fuzzy evaluation process to evaluate the competitivity of the third party logistics enterprises.
