建筑能耗的高低是判断建筑节能改造措施效果优劣的重要依据,而维持正常的建筑使用功能是评价建筑节能改造效果的前提。研究针对重庆市某办公建筑节能改造措施开展了夏季、过渡季节建筑运行能耗的测试以及能耗数据的分析,结果表明运行管理措施的优劣较气候对空调系统能耗的影响大,经采取节能运行管理措施降低空调项能耗约31%;经节能改造后,建筑总能耗虽降低约20.6%,但空调机组性能系数仍较低,空调项夏季能耗略有增加,室内照度水平不均匀度增加,光环境质量下降,节能改造措施未达到预期效果。通过能耗数据分析及对建筑运行能耗的实测分析,初步评价该建筑节能措施的优劣及节能改造效果,为重庆市节能改造工作的开展提供了参考。

The energy saving retrofitting evaluation of an existing public office building in Chongqing is presented, and it is measured by building energy consumption level and maintaining the normal function of public building. The study combines testing of building operation characteristics in summer and during the transitional season and consequently analysis of energy consumption and energy-saving retrofitting measures on the base of the pubic building. The results indicated two pivotal points. One is that the air-conditioning system energy consumption is reduced by 31% after the energy-saving operation management measures are being implemented. Another is that the total building energy consumption is reduced by 20.6%after the energy-saving retrofitting is implemented, but the coefficient performance of the air-condi-tioning unit is still low and the quality of the light environment gets worse than before. The analysis indi-cated that the impact on air-conditioning system energy consumption of the energy-saving operation man-agement measures is greater than the climate in Chongqing, and the desired results isn’t achieved by ener-gy-saving retrofitting measures.
