近年来，随着国民经济的快速增长和人们物质生活水平的不断提高，夏热冬冷地区居民普遍采用空调和电暖设备来改善冬夏季热环境。传统住宅由于围护结构保温隔热性能不佳，建筑能耗急剧增长，而节能住宅热环境的改善效果又有待进一步研究。通过对长沙地区某传统住宅进行节能改造，并对改造前后住宅的冬夏室内空气温度、内表面温度进行对比测试，分析了住宅节能改造的效果，评价了改造方案的合理性。

With the rapid growth of national economy and continuous improvement of people's living standard in recent years, residents in hot summer and cold winter zone generally use air conditioners and heating equipment to improve thermal environment in winter or summer. Because of poor thermal insulation properties, energy consumption sharply increased in traditional residences, while the improvement of ther-mal environment in energy-efficient houses needs more research. Some traditional housing of Changsha area is retrofitted, and the changed indoor air temperature and surface temperature in winter and summer are tested. It also analyzes the effect of energy-saving retrofitting of the housing, and evaluates the reason-ableness of the retrofitting program.
