Building energy efficiency design specification,which is required in the Regulations for the Depth of Architectural Engineering Design Documentation (the 2008 Edition),is an important part of the construction drawing design documents and also an important basis for material procurement,non-standard equipments production and engineering construction in the process of project construction. Based on com-mon problems of design specification for building energy efficiency,the contents and potentially technical are analyzed and summarized,as well as the policy conditions and requirements of the energy efficiency de-sign specification of residential buildings in severe cold and cold zones from such aspects as energy effi-ciency design basis,external wall thermal insulating systems,shape coefficient,area ratio of window to wall,indoor and outdoor temperature parameters,dew-point temperature,inner surface temperature of ther-mal bridge positions,performance indicators of heat insulating materials,performance indicators of door, window and transparent curtain wall and energy efficiency design conclusions.
