The concept of indicator’s sensitivity of green building rating system is identified, propos-ing the meaning and methodology of sensitivity research. With statistic on credit frequency indicators of e-valuation items in LEED-NC certified projects, the paper analyzes indicator’s sensitivity of LEED-NC2009 from five perspectives such as sustainable site, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, material and re-source, and indoor environmental quality. On this basis, the paper makes a cause analysis of poor sensitivi-ty indicators and expounds a series of strategies combined with the revise of LEED-NC4.0.
