高铁客站新区以交通建筑为核心,周边大量商业、商务建筑比较密集,其密度高、容积率大、人工化程度高,从碳排放源头来看,高铁客站新区是高耗能、高碳排放的集中地,是导致城市环境持续恶化的主要原因。从低碳角度以空间规划为切入点,分析高铁客站新区空间结构和碳排放特点,并从用地、交通、城市设计3个方面提出低碳高铁客站新区空间规划策略。

The district of high speed rail station has numerous transport buildings as a core. A large number of densely commercial buildings around those areas have features of high density, high plot-ratio and high artificialization. From the perspective of carbon emission, high speed rail station district is the place of high energy-consuming and high carbon emissions, which is a primary reason for the environmen-tal degradation in the city. The spatial structure and carbon emissions characteristics in the high speed rail station areas are analyzed from the perspective of low carbon planning, proposing some spatial planning strategy in terms of land use, transport, and urban design.
