提出了一种预制轻薄相变复合供暖地板,将相变材料渗入硅钙板构造层形成相变蓄热层。并采用ANSYS数值模拟软件对该相变复合供暖地板的传热性能进行了数值模拟,给出了地面表面温度和热流及其向下热损失,并对相变复合供暖地板进行了经济性分析。研究结果为地面辐射供暖技术的推广和应用提供了理论依据。
提齣瞭一種預製輕薄相變複閤供暖地闆,將相變材料滲入硅鈣闆構造層形成相變蓄熱層。併採用ANSYS數值模擬軟件對該相變複閤供暖地闆的傳熱性能進行瞭數值模擬,給齣瞭地麵錶麵溫度和熱流及其嚮下熱損失,併對相變複閤供暖地闆進行瞭經濟性分析。研究結果為地麵輻射供暖技術的推廣和應用提供瞭理論依據。

The paper raised a prefabricated thin composite phase change heating floor. And the phase change material was blended with calcium silicate board substrate to make phase change thermal storage layer, while the experimental conditions were simulated by using ANSYS simulation software. The result showed that it greatly improved the heat storage capacity of the heating system. The research results supply theory basis for the development of floor radiant heating technique.
