作为关系国计民生的重大工程，水利工程不仅施工技术高、施工难度大、施工时间长，而且需要消耗大量的人力和物力。对于一些天然工程条件比较差的地方，想要达到规定的稳定性要求，就需要对地基进行防水性和稳定性处理。基于此，本文对水利施工技术及管件施工应用进行探讨。

As a major project relating to national development and people’s livelihood,water conservancy project is characterized by highly construction technique,high construction difficulty, long construction time, and excessive consumption of labor and materials.The foundation should undergo waterproofing and stability treatment in order to reach regulated stability requirement in some places with worse natural engineering conditions.In the paper,water conservancy construction technology and pipe fittings construction applications are discussed on the basis.
